Director of Production

Heath Loeffelbein has been working for The Home Company for 10 years and has managed field operations since 2022.

Heath's passions outside of work include spending time with his wife and son, getting together with friends and family, and spending free time outdoors. He enjoys hunting and fishing of any kind as well as working on a never-ending house project list.

His favorite thing about working for The Home Company is seeing customers take as much pride in their home as our team took in building it.

Warranty Manager

Travis Ryley brings 27 years of construction experience, along with 12 years as a business owner, to his role at The Home Company, where he has been a key contributor for the past two and a half years. His background combines hands-on craftsmanship, strong leadership, and a client-focused approach, giving him a well-rounded perspective on building both quality homes and lasting relationships.


Outside of work, Travis is a devoted husband of 20 years and a proud father of five—two daughters and three sons. He spends much of his free time at the baseball field, whether coaching, preparing, or cheering from the sidelines. For Travis, building strong teams and strong families goes hand in hand.

Lori Brennan has been in the construction business for 40 years.  She comes from a family of builders, beginning with her father. She has worked in warranty for all of those years and enjoys working with the homeowners.  She was one of the original hires for The Home Company since its beginning in February 2012.
 
She went from full-time to part-time in 2018 to babysit her grandkids, which she loves.  She has 7 grandkids and is expecting her 8th.  She enjoys her growing family,  gardening, canning, reading, music, and traveling.  She has been to all 50 states and 3 continents so far.
